No guarantees on availability results

Availability indicators (domains, app stores, social handles, trademarks, company registers) are best-effort automated lookups of public sources at a point in time. They can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated — an "unknown" result means exactly that. Always verify with the authoritative source before committing to a name.

Trademark and company-register indicators are informational only and are not legal advice. Consult a trademark attorney before relying on a name commercially.

Fair use

AI turns are limited per tier (see Pricing). Automated scraping, reselling of check results, or circumventing limits is not permitted.

Your briefs, conversations, and shortlists remain yours. We process them only to provide the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
