What NamingHunter is
NamingHunter (naminghunter.com) helps you find product names in a guided AI session and checks their availability across public sources. It is operated by Livet Labs (Sweden; company registration in progress). Contact: hello@livetlabs.com.
What we store
Your projects, naming conversations, shortlisted names with their availability results, ratings, and check settings — in our database (Neon, hosted in the EU) so the product works. If you sign in, your account is managed by Clerk (authentication provider); we store your user ID alongside your projects. Without an account, an anonymous cookie identifies your browser so your work persists.
Cookies
Strictly functional only: a session cookie from Clerk when you sign in, an anonymous ID cookie for guest use, and a display-preference cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third parties that process data
Vercel (hosting and AI gateway), Anthropic via Vercel AI Gateway (the naming assistant processes your prompts), Clerk (sign-in), Neon (database). Availability checks query public sources (DNS, registries, app stores, social platforms, EUIPO, company registers) with the candidate name only — never your identity.
Usage metering
We record per-turn AI usage (token counts and cost) linked to your account to enforce fair-use limits and, later, billing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data — deleting a project in the app removes its data immediately, and you can contact us for full account deletion.
